Brian Rast called, then called again when Christian Roberts completed. Rast had a bet called on fourth street before calling down on fifth and sixth. When faced with a final bet on seventh, he went deep into the tank.

"You know the deuce pairs you a lot," Rast muttered, talking through the hand to himself.

"I have a really good hand here," he added, trying to elicit a reaction from Roberts. "I've really talked myself into this one," Rast said as he slid in the calling chips.

"Threes and twos up," announced Roberts, who had been caught bluffing with a final board of K-4-3-2-A.

Rast tabled 8x7x5x for an 8-7-6-5-A, good for the pot.

If this had been a streamed event, you'd expect Nick Schulman to be gushing over his good friend’s read in the commentary booth following that one.
