Three in a Row for Weiss; Duek Takes All the Profit

Level 29 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Talal Shakerchi limped in with the A883 from under the gun and Dennis Weiss in the big blind checked the 101052 to see the monotone A95 flop, which both players checked. On the 2 turn, they both checked again and saw the Q river for free. No more betting took place and Weiss won the pot with two pair, fives and deuces.

Weiss then potted with the AA85 and claimed the big blind and ante of Shakerchi.

The next pot-sized raise by the German came on the button with AK32 and he got through with it again.

Weiss then potted the 101064 and Michael Duek defended the big blind holding KKQ7. On the AKJ flop, Duek hit middle set and check-called a bet of 1,150,000 by Weiss to then boat up on the A turn. He checked and Weiss checked behind, and did so again on the 3 river to concede all of his previous winnings.
