Quads Wipe White Away
A bunch of limps occurred before Jake White in the big blind raised the price of admission to 6,000. This led to calls from Eugene Golubchik, Dominique Mosley, and Billy Tarango to take four players to the flop.
Everyone checked the 7♠2♦2♣ flop to take all four players to a turn.
White checked when the J♣ peeled off. Golubchik opted to put out 11,000, and Mosley folded. Tarango called before White raised to 26,000. Golubchik folded before Tarango chose to go all-in over the top. White called, and the two players went to a showdown with White at risk.
Jake White: J♥J♠9♥8♠
Billy Tarango: A♣8♣2♥2♠
White turned top boat, but it was in this instance not enough as Tarango rolled over quads, leaving White only one out left in the deck to save him.
The 9♦ river was not it as White was sent to the rail.
