Quads Wipe White Away

Level 4 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A bunch of limps occurred before Jake White in the big blind raised the price of admission to 6,000. This led to calls from Eugene Golubchik, Dominique Mosley, and Billy Tarango to take four players to the flop.

Everyone checked the 722 flop to take all four players to a turn.

White checked when the J peeled off. Golubchik opted to put out 11,000, and Mosley folded. Tarango called before White raised to 26,000. Golubchik folded before Tarango chose to go all-in over the top. White called, and the two players went to a showdown with White at risk.

Jake White: JJ98All in
Billy Tarango: A822

White turned top boat, but it was in this instance not enough as Tarango rolled over quads, leaving White only one out left in the deck to save him.

The 9 river was not it as White was sent to the rail.

Martirosian Wins in Three-Way Showdown

Level 4 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Lautaro Guerra raised to 3,500 in early position. Artur Martirosian called on the button, Sebastian Bastian called in the small blind, and Scott Eskenazi came along from the big blind.

The board came out 1032. Action checked to Guerra, who bet 5,000. Maritrosian called, Bastian folded, and Eskenazi called as well.

The turn was the Q, and all three players checked. That was the same action on the 5 river, and Martirosian showed A1072 for two pair, and that won him the pot.
