Keven Stammen moved all in from middle position for his remaining 15,000. Stoyan Madanzhiev raised to 55,000 from the hijack and Shijia Liu re-raised to 145,000 on the button. The decision was on Madanzhiev and he asked Liu how much he had left in his stack. The clock was called and after the 30 second count down ended, he jammed, covering Liu’s stack.

Liu went into the tank and said “Sorry guys, I am going to take a bit more time.” And he pointed at the clock. Players were stood from the table as the hand had taken over 4 minutes to play without seeing any cards. Liu continued “I am going to take one more minute then I will decide.”

There were two calls from the dealers at nearby tables saying “Payout” and Liu knew he had made the pay jump so he made the call.

Keven Stammen: 88All in
Shijia Liu: 99All in
Stoyan Madanzhiev: AK

Stammen was looking weak and not much changed on the Q55 flop.

Stammen soared ahead on the 8 turn, and he kept the lead on the A river, although it also improved Madanzhiev.

Stammen walked away with the triple up and Madanzhiev took the huge side pot, leaving Liu to take his pay jump.
