Reichard Wakes Up with Aces

Jeffrey Tanouye looked down and saw A♦K♠ in the hole. He started the action with a 4,500,000 bet. Josh Reichard in the big blind woke up to A♠A♥ and just flat called taking them to the flop.

Reichard checked the flop 5♣3♦Q♣ and Tanouye continued with 2,500,000. Reichard raised to 6,500,000 sending Tanouye to the tank.

After a few seconds, Tanouye made the call to see the next street. The turn 4♦ fell prompting Reichard to go all in. Tanouye gave a quick look at his hand and folded without hesitation.

On the 2♣5♦3♠ flop, Reichard bet 3,000,000 and Tanouye raised to 6,500,000. Reichard then shoved, and Tanouye called off the extra 7,300,000 he had behind.

Tanouye made second pair, but he was trailing to the top pair of Reichard. An 8♠ on the turn changed nothing, and Tanouye was eliminated in fifth when the K♥ hit the river.

Reichard check-called Carroll's bet of 2,500,000 on the flop J♣2♥5♦. The turn 7♥ fell and with action passed to him, Carroll kept the pressure on with a 12,500,000 bet making Reichard fold and concede the pot.

The flop came A♠Q♠10♠ and both checked to the K♥ turn. Again the action checked around to the A♣ river, where Carroll fired 3,500,000. Reichard took some time to mull it over with his queen, but eventually folded.

In the next hand, Carroll raised K♥6♥ on the button to 5,000,000 and Jesse Yaginuma three-bet to 18,800,000 with A♠4♠ from the small blind. Carroll responded with a four-bet shove, and Yaginuma quickly folded.
