Aces No Good for Pichierri

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

David Froyalde opened the button to 30,000 and Jessica Cai defended the big blind.

The players saw a 969 flop and Cai checked. Froyalde bet 25,000 which was enough to get Cai to fold, having only 150,000 chips behind.

A few hands later on the same table Alessandro Pichierri opened to 30,000 from an early position and Antonio Vargas, who was sat to Pichierri's direct left, raised to 70,000. Pichierri was all in and Vergas made the call.

Alessandro Pichierri: AAAll in
Antonio Vargas: A10

Pichierri was hoping to hold, but the 10410 flop gave Vargas the lead. Pichierri couldn't find a way back on the 5 turn and 8 river and was eliminated from the tournament despite spinning his stack back from 35,000 in the previous level. ,

Tang Gets Harder

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

With a chance to eliminate, Nathan Tang called Christian William Steven Harder's all-in shove for 130,000 from the big blind. Both players tabled their hands.

Christian William Steven Harder: 88 All in
Nathan Tang: 99

It was looking grim for Harder when there were no additional outs for him to improve his hand on the flop of 373. Nothing changed on the runout J6. Harder left the table as Tang scooped the pot.
