Vengrin Extends Chip Lead

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Bryce Yockey opened the action with a raise to 280,000 from middle position. Matt Vengrin made the call from the hijack, and Punnat Punsri defended his big blind.

The 9A7 flop checked through, before the J turn prompted Vengrin to bet out for 575,000 when checked to. Punsri got out of the way, but Yockey made the call, bringing in the 5 river.

Yockey checked for a third time, and Vengrin asked how much was in the pot, before betting out got 1,650,000. After a lengthy tank, Yockey called, then mucked upon seeing the A10108 of Vengrin.
