Reed Rivers a Set to Survive

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Michael Reed and Scott Dulaney just got all of their chips into the middle preflop with Reed being the player at risk.

Michael Reed: J♠J♣9♥5♣ All in
Scott Dulaney: K♠K♥8♥3♣

Reed was behind to Dulaney, but he did have some live cards that he could hit to survive. The 4♣Q♥9♠ flop gave Reed some extra outs. The 6♥ on the turn meant Reed needed some help on the river to keep his tournament dreams alive. The J♦ fell on the river to improve Reed to a set, keeping him in the event.

Lin was dominated, and the 7♥Q♠K♦A♣7♦ runout didn't help him to escape, as only three Michaels remain in the competition.
