Hamamoto Bets In Badugi

Action was picked up in a three way pot between Jon Turner in the hijack, Brian Tate in the cutoff, and Kenji Hamamoto on the button.

With 3,800 in the middle, everyone drew one on the first draw with action checking to Hamamoto who bet and received two callers.

Turner drew one on the second draw with the two players behind him following suit and once more action checked around to Hamamoto who bet. Turner tossed his hand into the muck while Tate called.

Both players drew one on the final draw and Hamamoto bet after Tate checked, eliciting a quick fold from Tate.

Action was picked up in a pot after the first draw where Chris Brewer bet from under the gun and Chofungalan Wong called in the cutoff.

Brewer and Wong both drew one on the second draw and Brewer bet a second time which Wong called.

On the final draw, Brewer stood pat and Wong drew one then folded after Brewer bet.

Thomas Patzner raised from under the gun and Lawrence Berg defended his big blind.

Berg drew three and checked dark while Patzner drew one and bet, earning a call from Berg.

On the second draw, Berg drew two against Patzner who stood pat and Berg check-called a bet a second time.

The final draw saw Berg draw one and Patzner stood pat while both players checked.

Patnzer turned over 9x6x5x3x2x for a nine-six and it was good for the pot.

Eduards Rakuss raised in first position and in the small blind, Hiroshi Tanaka called.

Tanaka drew two while Rakuss drew three and Tanaka bet to earn a quick call from Rakuss.

On the second draw, Tanaka drew two while Rakuss drew one and Tanaka checked over to Rakuss. Rakuss bet and Tanaka raised which Rakuss called.

Both players stood pat on the final draw and Rakuss called Tanaka's bet.

"Six," said Tanaka as he turned over 6x4x3x2xAx for a perfect six and he raked in the pot.

Mical, Nematinia, and Stacey all drew two while Pupillo drew three and action checked around to Nematinia who bet and everyone called.

On the second draw, Mical stood pat while Pupillo drew three and Nematinia and Stacey drew one each.

After action checked around on the prior betting street, everyone drew identically to the last draw and action checked around to Stacey who bet and only Mical called.

"Eight six," said Stacey as he turned over 8x6x5x4x3x and Mical quickly mucked, ceding the pot to Stacey.
