The 9 fell on the turn and Schindler check-called a 27,000 bet from Hansen.

Both players checked on the 2 river and Schindler announced "Aces and eights" as he turned over AJ108.

Hansen re-checked his hole cards and then sent them into the muck — conceding the pot to Schindler.

After each player had put in two bets on third street, Maximilian Schindler bet out on fourth street after checks from Chad Eveslage and Masafumi Iijima. Eveslage caught best on fifth street and bet, folding out Ilijima.

Schindler called, however, and bet on sixth when Eveslage reverted to checking. Eveslage called to seventh street, where he check-called a final bet from Schindler.

Schindler showed a six-low, and Eveslage mucked his hand.

"Did you pair the five?" Eveslage asked as Schindler was shipped the pot.

"Yes. Absolutely," Schindler resolutely responded.
