Today sees the start of Event #60: $3,000 Limit Hold'em 6-Handed here at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
Day 1 of the three-day event will kick off at 2 p.m. local time with 40,000 starting stacks and levels lasting 40 minutes through Level 6, at which point they increase to 60 minutes. Day 1 will play for 12 levels with 15-minute breaks every two hours of play.
Action on Day 2 will pick back up at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 23 and will play ten levels with 15-minute breaks every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 18.
Last year's offering saw Daniel Vampan topping the field of 248 players to win $148,635, while the 2023 event saw Jason Daly winning $165,250.
Other previous winners of the $3,000 Limit Hold'em event include Ryan Hansen and six-time bracelet winner Jeremy Ausmus.

James Devore raised in the small blind and Chris Hunichen three-bet in the big blind. Devore then four-bet and Hunichen called.
On the flop of 10♠7♠6♠, Devore bet and Hunichen called, bringing the 2♣ turn.
Devore bet again and Hunichen called once more. The 4♣ river went check-check.
Hunichen tabled A♥Q♠ for ace-high, besting the A♠J♦ of Devore.

Terrence Walsh raised from the button and Cody Rich called from the small blind. Michael Falk three-bet from the big blind, and both of his opponents called.
Rich knuckled the action over to Falk on the 8♦Q♦6♦ flop and he bet. Walsh and Rich folded, surrendering the pot to Falk.

Ken Deng raised the button and James Devore three-bet from the small blind. Chris Hunichen four-bet, which was called by Deng and Devore.
Devore led out on the K♠5♥Q♠ flop. Hunichen and Deng called.
The J♥ appeared on the turn, prompting Devore to bet again. Hunichen folded, but Deng called.
Both players checked the 3♣ river and Devore took down the pot with 6♠5♠ for a pair of fives.

Ralston bet when the flop came J♣9♣5♥, Roberts called. Ralston bet again on the Q♥ turn, Roberts called again.
Ralston fired another bet on the 4♦ river, Roberts called. Ralston announced "nuts" and tabled K♦10♠.

Love check-called a bet from Eslami on the 7♣ turn and the river landed the 3♣.
Love check-raised and Eslami thought for a moment before giving up his hand.
