Kolonias Slow Plays a Set

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Amit Agarwal limped in from under the gun and Dimitar Danchev raised to 1,100 in the cutoff. Lei Yu called on the button and Alexandros Kolonias three-bet to 4,800 out of the big blind. Agarwal, Danchev, and Yu all called to see the flop of 1073.

The action checked through to the 6 on the turn and the 4 on the river. Agarwal was the first to take a stab at the pot on the river with a bet of 10,000. Danchev and Yu quickly folded but Kolonias mulled it over for a moment before calling. Agarwal tabled K4 for a pair of fours, but Kolonias held 77 for a set of sevens to claim the pot.
