Lin Shoves River with Set and Gets Paid
Level 13
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Hirokazu Kobayashi opened this pot with a raise to 8,000 under the gun. That was called by Ren Lin on the button and [Removed:658] in the big blind.
The flop was A♣5♠3♣ and action checked to Lin. He bet 10,000, and only Galiana called.
The turn was the K♦, and Lin now bet 25,000 when the action checked to him. Gailana once again called.
The river was the 4♦, Gailana checked and Lin bet 70,000, all of his chips except a single yellow 1,000 chip. Gailana thought for a long time before making the call. Lin turned over 5♣5♥ for a flopped set, and that won him the pot.
