Sokolovsky Eliminated on the Money Bubble

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Julien Sitbon limped in from the button and Alexander Sokolovsky was all in for his last 3,000 in the small blind. Jonas Mackoff checked his option in the big blind which created a small side pot.

The flop came 1053 and Mackoff checked to Sitbon who tossed in a bet of 10,000. Mackoff quickly folded and the two hands were face up after all of the other tables completed their action.

Alexander Sokolovsky: 85All in
Julien Sitbon: 102

Both players flopped a pair but it was Sitbon who was in charge with the better of the two. The 6 and J runout was no help to Sokolovsky who was eliminated on the money bubble.
