Sheils Finds the Flush, Gets Paid

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Brandon Sheils raised to 200,000 from the cutoff and Thomas Boivin defended his big blind to see a flop of J96.

Boivin checked and then called Sheils’ continuation bet of 220,000.

The K hit the turn, and both players tapped the table for a check.

On the 8 river, Boivin checked a third time. Sheils didn’t slow down and put out a bet of 660,000. Boivin went deep into the tank before tossing in the call.

Sheils revealed Q10 for a flush, and that was all he needed as Boivin mucked his cards without showing.
