Delmas Gets a Gift with Two Pair

Level 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Adrien Delmas
Adrien Delmas

Adrien Delmas raised to 80,000 in the cutoff and Srikanth Yadlapati flat-called on the button. Pete Chen three-bet to 240,000 in the big blind and both Delmas and Yadlapati called.

The flop fell AQ3 and Chen continued with a bet of 200,000. Delmas just called and Yadlapati announced all in. Chen quickly folded but Delmas wasted little time calling off his stack of 2,065,000.

Adrien Delmas: AQAll in
Srikanth Yadlapati: A5

Delmas flopped two pair and had Yadlapati drawing extremely thin at this point. The Q on the turn gave Delmas a full house and locked up the pot, sending him into the chip lead with the 5 completing the board.

Yanovsky Stalls, Calls, and Gets Flushed Out

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Eric Yanovsky
Eric Yanovsky

With around 550,000 already in the pot and the flop showing 636, Srikanth Yadlapati was in the big blind and led out for 10,000, just enough to cover Eric Yanovsky's last two chips in the cutoff.

Yanovsky took his time to make the call. Eventually, the clock was called, and with just a second left, he tossed in his final chips.

“If you have trips, I’m gonna cry,” he said as the cards were tabled.

Srikanth Yadlapati: K10

Yanovsky was ahead with ace high, but the 8 turn gave Yadlapati a flush draw. The river 7 sealed it, completing the flush and ending Yanovsky’s run.

“Of course,” he said as he stood up and made his way to the rail.

Action Preflop

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Robert Ashelm was in the hijack when he opened to 100,000. Nazar Buhaiov in the small blind three-bet to 325,000, but Thomas Muehloecker in the big blind clicked back to 575,000.

The action went back to Ashelm who moved all-in with the largest stack of the table.

Buhaiov struggled to make a decision for a long moment but folded, and so did Muehloecker.

A full board of 1096J9 was spread across the felt with Ludovic Uzan and Mustapha Kanit heads-up in the pot. The rest of the table was on their feet watching while Uzan announced all in into a pot of nearly 1,000,000.

Paur Takes a Hit

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Three players headed to a flop of AQ10 and the action checked to Taylor Paur on the button who bet 125,000. Nicholas Grippo called from the big blind and Erwann Pecheux came along from the cutoff.

The turn was the 9 and the action checked to Paur again who bet 450,000. Grippo still called and Pecheux got out of the way. The 10 paired the board and both players tapped the table. Grippo turned over A10 for a rivered full house and Paur nearly tabled his hand but only showed the Q in frustration, with the table guessing it was ace-queen.
