Gamble Loses Two in a Row
Limits: 60,000-120,000
Nathan Gamble raised from the cutoff and Aaron Cummings called the big blind. Both players drew two cards, Cummings bet, and Gamble called.
They took two each on the second draw as well, once again followed by a bet from Cummings and a call from Gamble.
On the final draw, Cummings and Gamble drew one card and checked it down.
"Queen," Cummings announced and showed a queen perfect Qx5x4x3x2x. With a slight grimance on his face, Gamble mucked.
In the next hand, Andres Korn raised from under the gun and Gamble three-bet one seat over. Korn called and drew two, Gamble drew one and bet. Korn called.
On the second draw, Korn took two again and Gamble took one. Korn checked, Gamble bet, Korn check-raised, Gamble made it three bets, and Korn called.
Korn stood pat and Gamble exchanged one card going into the final draw. Korn opted to lead after the draw and Gamble slumped back in his chair. He carefully considered the situation for two minutes before giving up his hand.
