Gamble Hangs On by a Thread

Aaron Cummings raised from under the gun and Nathan Gamble three-bet on the button. Cummings called and drew two while Gamble went for one. Both players then checked.
Both players drew one on the second draw and Cummings bet. Gamble called in position, leaving himself with just 85,000 in chips.
Cummings stood pat on the final draw and Gamble drew one. He flashed the 9x he drew, Cummings showed 8x7x6x5x2x to win the hand.
The next hand, Gamble moved all in, Cummings completed the small blind and Kristan Lord checked his option. Cummings drew two, Lord three, and Gamble one on the first draw.
No further action ensued between the active players, who drew one each on the second draw. Gamble stood pat.
Cummings took one on the final draw and Lord spent a minute in the tank before taking two. Cummings caught a queen, Lord paired his deuce, and Gamble won it with his rough eight 8x7x6x5x3x
