After an early position raise to 8,000 by Michael Megison, Ramaprasad Chilakapati called, followed by two others still to act.
The flop 9♦Q♥J♦ folded around to Chilakapati, who took over the betting lead, pushing out a bet of 9,000. Only Megison called, and the players moved on to the turn.
Megison decided to retake the betting lead on the 4♣ turn, doing so for 13,000, which Chilikapati called.
The river 10♥ saw sparks fly. Megison moved all in for his remaining stack, and Chilikapati snap-called. Megison turned over 9♠8♠ for a rivered straight, but Chilikapati showed he had rivered a higher straight with his K♦Q♠.
Megison was the shorter stack and, as such, vacated his seat and headed to the exit.
