"I feel great. It's always been on my bucket list. Hopefully, I'll win a bracelet in an open event, too, but man, this is a dream come true," replied an elated Jazayeri when asked how he was feeling.
Jazayeri was then asked how he felt being the short stack throughout most of the day and if he preferred deep-stacked poker.
"No, I hate playing short stack, but it's the easiest way to play. You either shove or you fold, and I was very lucky with a couple of hands, like when I had ace-five against kings. Super, super lucky. Then I won a race with ace-queen against jacks, so it all worked out. Luck is a part of this game."

Defending Super Seniors champion, Sean Jazayeri, wasted no time in joining the fray — hopping in right at Level 1.
With over $2,000,000 in total reported live earnings, Jazayeri is no stranger to deep runs with plenty of stamina.
In 2024, Jazayeri conquered a field of 3,362 for an impressive $368,025, defeating Yucel Eminoglu in heads up play.
Only time will tell if 2025's field size will surpass last year's.

The Robin Hood of Poker, Barry Greenstein, quietly shows up to the World Series of Poker each year, playing whichever events tickle his fancy. He often choses mixed games or large field no-limit hold'em events, avoiding the small fields of the higher stakes.
Playing an old school game that has been gaining popularity, Greenstein found a cash in the $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw, placing 47th in a field of 532 ($3,397).
Big O is a game that has roots in classic Omaha Hi-Lo but with an extra card and betting that's pot limit so it's proved to be a progressively more common game in the modern era. Greenstein had a deep run in the $1,500 Big O and he was even seated to the left of former high stakes personality, Sam Farha. Greenstein went on to get 47th in that event ($6,941).
Greenstein also picked up two cashes in no-limit hold'em and he'll be looking to make it a third in the $1,000 Super Seniors.

Four ways to a flop of 7♣J♠10♣ saw the table check around.
The turn paired the board with the 10♠ and Dovzhenko took the initiative, betting 1,300.
The table folded around and he showed J♥7♦, making mention that he had flopped two pair.
