Despite many teams here in the tag team being comprised of at least one reg, there are plenty of star-studded teams who have turned out today, some of whom have already said goodbye.

Japanese powerhouses Masato Yokosawa and Hiroki Nawa left during just Level 5, with Nawa the only one still looking for his first cash of the Series, after vlogger Yokosawa came fifth in the $25,000 High Roller.

Three main event winners have also departed: 1983 Champion Tom McEvoy teamed himself up with Keith Burt, but the pair were unable to make it past Level 3. Possibly the most feared pairing in the whole competition has also departed early on, as 2024 Champion Jonathan Tamayo, along with 2013 Winner Ryan Riess, were certainly looking for blood, however they were unable to find any as they lasted not even 45 minutes before hitting the rail.
