Corrigan Sent to the Rail

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Jack Corrigan raised from early position to 24,000 only to see John Oneal three-bet to 60,000 from middle position. Action was folded around to David Roepke in the big blind, who flat called. Corrigan called as well.

The players saw a flop of 675, Roepke and Corrigan checked, and Oneal continued for 125,000. Roepke folded, and Corrigan went deep into the tank before he announced all in. Oneal snap called.

Jack Corrigan: 88All in
John Oneal: 99

Oneal had two of Corrigan's outs for the straight, and if he hit a set, it would make Oneal a straight, so he was drawing pretty thinly. The 6 on the turn gave him no help, and with the Q bricking out the river, Corrigan was sent to the cage.

Simunic Sees the Exit

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

John Reiter raised to 28,000 in the hijack, Fabien Gun flatted on the button, and Josip Simunic raised to 306,000 from the small blind, leaving himself with about 10,000 behind. Reiter folded and Gun moved all in to put Simunic at risk. Simunic took some time, presumably looking for a pay jump, before making the call.

Josip Simunic: 99 All in
Fabien Gun: 1010

The board ran out 54A35 and Simunic was sent to the payout desk.

Zamani Scoops a Monster Pot to Break the Milly Mark

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Martin Zamani
Martin Zamani

Christopher Da Silva raised from middle position to 25,000 only to see Robertson Yap three-bet all from late position for 200,000. Martin Zamani in the big blind then four-bet 500,000, which was enough to put Da Silva all in, Da Silva snap folded.

Robertson Yap: 77All in
Martin Zamani: AQ

Not a great flop for Yap of 53Q, but the 4 on the turn gave him additional straight outs. However, none came when the 3 fell on the river, and Yap was sent packing, whilst Zamani raked in a massive pot to creep over the one million mark.
