Level 49
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Artur Martirosian has taken a chunk out of Patrick Leonard in a hand that saw fireworks on the river.
Martirosian began the action, raising KhKd to 30,000. Leonard came along with a call holding 9♦7♣.
Martirosian flopped top set on the 2♣8♥K♣ board. He opted to bet out 20,000, which was called by Leonard.
Both players chose to check the 10♣ turn.
Leonard decided to overbet the pot to 380,000 on the 2♦ river. Martirosian played two time extensions before shipping his stack. Leonard folded to award Martirosian the pot.
