The river double-paired the board, coming 6♦, but this didn't slow Thiemer down as he moved all in, covering his opponent's stack of 235,000.
Malinov took a little time considering his options but elected to call. Thiemer had been caught as he rolled over 4♠3♠, and duly paid Malinov his double up when he tabled A♥6♥.
