Two for Lehner to Lean On
Level 26
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Stefan Lehner raised to 280,000 from under the gun and was called only by David Paredes in the big blind. On the 6♣6♦4♦ flop, Paredes checked and then folded when Lehner reluctantly pushed in his last 210,000.
"No showdown double is always nice," Ben Lamb stated.
Paredes then limped the small blind and Lehner checked to the A♣K♣Q♣ flop. Paredes' bet of 80,000 was called and they checked the 4♣ turn. On the K♠ river, Paredes checked and Lehner's bet of 400,000 forced a fold to claim the second pot in a row.
