Duek Puts Del Grosso in the Tank

Michael Duek opened to 1,100 from under the gun and was called by Marcello Del Grosso in the cutoff. They went heads-up to a flop of Q♥5♥5♦ and Duek continued with a bet of 1,500 which Del Grosso called.

The turn was the A♦ and Duek tossed in a bet of 3,000. Del Grosso still called and the 10♣ completed the board. Duek fired out a full pot-sized bet of 12,000 and Del Grosso went into the tank. Nearly three minutes passed by and Del Grosso finally let his hand go, sending the pot to Duek.

From under the gun, Bruno Furth checked the 9♠6♠8♠ flop. Lawrence Wayne bet the pot for 16,500 from the next seat, which Patrik Jaros called out of the hijack. Furth check-jammed for 40,000, and Wayne immediately shoved himself for 49,400. Jaros went into the tank for over two minutes, visibly agonizing over the decision. Eventually, Jaros folded.

Lawrence Wayne: A♠10x7♠3x

Wayne had the nuts versus the second nuts of Furth. The rest of the board ran out Q♥5♦ and the pot was awarded to Wayne, while Furth was out.

Jaros stated after the hand that he also had a flush and two pair.

The dealer fanned out a flop of Q♣A♠10♦, prompting Vela to check. Lee bet 3,000, which only Spegal called.

Heads-up to the 6♦ turn that checked through to see the 4♣ roll off on the river. Another round of checks came and Spegal won the pot with A♥K♥5♣3♣ for top pair.

Busch Ricardo opened to 1,400 from early position and Santhosh Suvarna three-bet to 4,500 in middle position. The action folded back to Ricardo who slung his cards into the muck. Suvarna raked in the pot and showed J♥10♠8♥7♦ for his tablemates to see.

On the next hand, Ricardo raised to 1,400 again and Suvarna reraised to 4,500. Ricardo called this time and the flop of 5♣4♣2♣ hit the felt. Both players checked to the K♥ on the turn and Ricardo checked again. Suvarna splashed in a bet of 4,000 and Ricardo let his hand go.
