Godard Makes the Right Call

Connor Richards

Level 39 : Blinds 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante

Nicolas Godard completed in the small blind and Ran Kadur checked his option in the big blind.

Godard bet 3,000,000 on the flop of K♦A♠J♠ and Kadur called. Both players then checked on the 9♠ turn.

Godard checked once more on the 6♠ river and Kadur bet 5,500,000. Godard gave it some thought and called.

Kadur showed a pair of kings with K♣Q♦, but it was no good against the pair of aces of Godard with A♦10♥.
