"Alright, tablemates, let's play some stud," Mike Thorpe said as he went heads-up against Tsubasa Kawaguchi.

"I'm going to call you Konnichiwa Four," Thorpe told his opponent while betting out on fourth street. Kawaguchi called as Thorpe improved to trips on fifth.

"I'm going to check," Thorpe added and Kawaguchi checked behind. Both players also checked on sixth and Thorpe bet dark going to seventh. Kawaguchi gave up his hand this time.

"I'm going to show one," Thorpe said, turning over the 10♦ for quads as he took the pot.

The turn was the A♦ and Glaser moved all in. McDermott called for 15,000 and turned over 7♥5♠4♣3♥, while Glaser had A♠J♠3♠2♣.

The Q♠ river gave Glaser the nut flush and a low to scoop the pot and send McDermott to the rail.
