Wasserson's Eight is Good

Level 21

2-7 Triple Draw

Kahle Burns raised from early position and was called by Brian Tate in the small blind and Eric Wasserson in the big blind.

Everyone drew two and the action checked through.

On the second draw, Tate took two, Wasserson took one, and Burns took two. Wasserson led from the big blind, Burns raised, Tate folded, and Wasserson called.

Wasserson now stood pat as Burns still needed one. Wasserson checked to Burns who frustratingly checked back as Wasserson tabled 8x6x5x4x3x for the winner as his number nine was enough after Burns bricked the final draw.

Thomas Taylor completed, and Kahle Burns made the call on his immediate left. Taylor led out on the next three streets, with Burns calling all the way down to seventh.

After taking a look at his last card, Taylor slid out one last bet. Burns went into the tank, taking some time to reach a decision.

"Do you have a flush," Burns asked, before opting to stick in the call. Taylor tabled his eight-four low, while Burns showed down his pair of aces to earn half of the pot.

Gorodinsky Leads Twice

Level 21

Limit Hold'em

Kahle Burns raised on the button, with Mike Gorodinsky making the call in the big blind. Gorodinsky led out with a bet on the A102 flop, and Burns made the call.

Gorodinsky led again on the 6 turn, and Burns slid in another call to see the K river.

Both players checked it down, and Gorodinsky turned over 108 for a pair of tens. That was good enough to take the pot, as Burns sent his cards into the muck.
