Cary Katz opened to 1,600,000, and Breno Drumond defended his big blind to see the K♥5♠3♦ flop. Drumond checked, making the call when Katz continued for 2,000,000.

Both players then checked the 8♣ turn. Another pair of checks followed the 8♥ river, and Katz tabled 6♣5♥ for two pair to take over the chip lead.

Katz led out for 3,000,000 on the 5♠ river, and Drumond looked him up after some thought. Katz tabled 6♦2♣ for bottom pair, but Drumond had a higher pair with 10♦7♦ and raked in the pot.
