Khoi Le Nguyen raised from the button, and Alexandre Reard called all in for 1,100,000.

Alexandre Reard: 85 All in
Khoi Le Nguyen: Q3

Reard was behind the queen-high of Nguyen but held live cards. The 974 gave Reard a gutshot and the 10 turn improved him to an open-ender. However, the 4 bricked off on the river as queen-high held for Nguyen who eliminated Reard to take down the title.

Khoi Le Nguyen moved all in from the small blind, covering Sergio Aido's stack of roughly 6,000,000. Aido used two time extensions before deciding to call, putting his tournament life at risk.

Sergio Aido: K2 All in
Khoi Le Nguyen: A9

The flop QQ10 only served to improve Nguyen to a flush draw. The turn 7 didn't change anything, and although Aido improved to two pair on the K river, Nguyen had also improved to a flush, eliminating Aido.

Khoi Le Nguyen jammed the small blind covering and Jun Obara quickly called from the big blind for his final 5,800,000.

Jun Obara: A7 All in
Khoi Le Nguyen: K10

Obara was the slight favorite to double until the 1094 flop paired Nguyen's ten. The 8 turn gave Obara an open-ender, but the Q completed the board as Obara was left with ace-high, and he exited in fourth with a smile on his face, with an additional $879,939 consolation prize.

Fahredin Mustafov

Fahredin Mustafov raised to 3,000,000 with 1,800,000 behind from the cutoff. In the big blind, Khoi Le Nguyen jammed and Mustafov called off his 4,800,000 stack.

Fahredin Mustafov: A10 All in
Khoi Le Nguyen: AQ

Mustafov needed some help to survive as his ace was dominated. He found no such help on the A95 flop as both players paired their ace but Nguyen also picked up a flush draw. The board ran out 44 as Mustafov could improve no further, and Nguyen's kicker played to eliminate Mustafov in sixth.

Martin Zamani open-jammed 6,350,000 from middle position. It folded to Vinny Lingham in the small blind who burned through four time banks before he announced a call as the slightly covering stack, and the cards hit their backs.

Martin Zamani: KQ All in
Vinny Lingham: AQ

Zamani needed some help to survive as the J107 flop gave Zamani an open-ender but Lingham picked up a flush draw. Neither player would improve on the 33 runout as Lingham's ace-high was good enough to eliminate Zamani in seventh.

Christopher Nguyen Eliminated in 10th Place ($175,048)

Level 23 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Christopher Nguyen
Christopher Nguyen

Having lost a big all in the previous hand, Christopher Nguyen immediately got back on the horse, putting in a raise to 400,000 from the hijack. Alexandre Reard, the player who won the previous hand versus Nguyen, put in a three-bet to 875,000 from the button.

Action folded back to Nguyen, who took a moment before moving all in for 2,825,000. Reard called immediately and showed Nguyen the bad news.

Christopher Nguyen: J10 All in
Alexandre Reard: AA

The flop saw Reard flop a set for the second consecutive hand, as the dealer put out A47.

It was all over for Nyugen on the 10 turn, Reard's lead now unassailable. The mandatory river provided the K, but Nguyen had already gathered his things and headed towards the exit.

Leonard Maue
Leonard Maue

Sam Soverel started the action with a raise to 400,000 on the button, before Leonard Maue committed the remainder of his stack into the middle from the big blind. Soverel asked for a count of the stack, calculated to be 1,750,000, and he then elected to call.

Leonard Maue: KQ All in
Sam Soverel: QJ

It was a promising situation for Maeu, looking for a double-up.

The 698 gave Soverel hope, as it provided him with a straight draw.

The turn 6 kept the state of affairs as they were, but the river 10 saw Soverel take the lead at the last moment, hitting his straight and eliminating Maeu in 11th place.
