Aido Wins Huge Flip

Level 18 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Sergio Aido opened up the betting action from middle position, as he opted to raise to 120,000. Joao Simao three-bet to 320,000 from the cutoff, before Aido shoved for 1,785,000 when action returned to him. Simao called quickly.

Sergio Aido: AQ All in
Joao Simao: 1010

Aido couldn't have seen a better flop without pairing, as the J32 flop gave him a flush draw, as well as the two overs he already had. The Q turn put him well in the lead, with the 7 river keeping him there to earn a massive double.

Simao ran into the exact hand that he didn't want to see but he found some life on the A107 flop as he picked up a gutshot. Unfortunately for him, the board ran out 29 and he could not improve as he was eliminated by Oya.

A "Donation to the Austrian Community"

Level 18 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Vladimir Minko from the big blind and Christopher Nguyen from early position were tangled in a big pot with around 1,000,000 in the middle by the river.

With the completed board reading AAQ10J, Minko checked to Nguyen who jammed for around 800,000 effective as the covering stack. Minko would burn through all five of his remaining time banks before he announced, "Alright, donation to the Austrian community," as he put in the call.

Christopher Nguyen: AK

Nguyen was always in good shape with the better kicker as both players flopped trips. Nguyen improved to a straight on the river and Minko could not get away as he hit the exit.

At another table, Kristen Foxen was also eliminated

Lingham Good With Threes

Level 18 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Three players saw a flop of 2QQ with 400,000 in the middle. Action checked through, leading the dealer to peel off the 4 turn. Here, small blind Sergio Aido led out for 140,000. Ryan Feldman folded from the big blind, and Vinny Lingham came along for the ride from the cutoff.

The 6 river checked through. Aido showed A10 for a missed flush draw, meaning the 33 of Lingham was good to scoop.
