Another day begins at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, where players are chasing one of the final World Series of Poker gold bracelets of the summer. Out of a field of 3,797 entries, which generated a total prize pool of $10,137,990, 219 of them are still in contention to win the Event #89: $3,000 Mid-Stakes Championship No-Limit Hold'em bracelet and $1,189,408 top prize.
Leading the way into Day 3 is Javier Zarco, who bagged a massive stack of 2,180,000 chips. He’s followed closely by Andres Fajardo with 2,075,000, while Joaquin Pacha is third in chips with 1,903,500.

Many notable players are in the race and will try to reach Day 4, such as WSOP bracelet winners David Jackson (1,680,000), Alex Foxen (1,490,000), Nick Maimone (1,370,000), Roman Hrabec (925,000), Joe McKeehen (890,000), Michael Noori (595,000), Alex Keating (590,000), Davidi Kitai (545,000), David Peters (425,000) and Hall of Famers Brian Rast (490,000) and Huck Seed (405,000).
Others must not be forgotten like Ankit Ahuja (1,420,000), Punnat Punsri (1,220,000), Chino Rheem (1,085,000), Simon Wilson (985,000) and Hugues Girard (565,000), who will look to follow in the footsteps of fellow countryman Clément Richez, the defending champion of this event.
Play is set to resume at 1 p.m. local time to Level 20 with blinds of 10,000/ 20,000 and 20,000 big blind ante. They are expected to play ten more 60-minute levels, with a 60-minute dinner break at around 7:30 p.m. Everyone returning is guaranteed at least $8,357, and by the end of the day, the field should be close to the final table.

Both players checked the 5♠Q♦2♥ flop leading to the 6♥ turn where Ticherfatine bet 55,000. Ingles quickly called.

Eshaan Bhalla limped in the small blind and Ciaran Duffy in the big blind checked his option to see the flop.
The dealer dealt A♦3♠8♣. Bhalla led with 30,000 and Duffy called. On the turn 5♣ Bhalla check-called Duffy's bet of 40,000 to see a completed board.
After another check on the river K♠, Duffy bet 170,000 and took the pot down.

The flop read J♣J♠6♦ in a heads-up pot when Alexander Farahi checked from the small blind to Upeshka De Silva who bet 25,000 on the button. Farahi made the call.
The 4♠ turn was checked and a 5♦ landed on the river. Farahi thought about his move and fired 250,000, with 150,000 left behind. De Silva tanked for some time and eventually called.
Farahi tabled 9♣8♣ and De Silva revealed 8♥4♦ to take the pot with two pair with fours.

The board 2♠A♠6♥9♣ was already dealt when Maximiliano Castagnini checked from the big blind seat to Dennys Ramos who bet 100,000. Castagnini raised it to 275,000 and Ramos went deep into the tank before folding.
