Marks' Stellar Day Continues as He Wheels Out Funkhouser

Austin Marks had raised under the gun when David Funkhouser three-bet all in with an exact raise. Justin Saliba called in the cutoff, as did Naoya Kihara in the big blind. Marks tossed in calling chips as well, and the 4♥2♦10♦ flop was fanned.

Kihara checked to Marks, who bet out. Saliba called before Kihara folded, after which Marks put in another bet on the 3♦ turn. Saliba weighed his options before calling to the 9♦ river, where he eventually folded to another bet.

Marks showed A♥Q♥5♥3♣ for the wheel, and Funkhouser only briefly showed his cards before they were added to the muck.

Brunson's Chips Get Chopped Up

Matthew Valeo raised from early position with Roland Israelashvili calling from the small blind and Todd Brunson defending his big blind.

The action checked to Valeo on the A♥6♣3♣ flop, and he bet. Israelashvili and Brunson called.

The 7♣ dropped on the turn, causing Israelashvili and Brunson to check-call another bet from Valeo.

When the 4♠ hit the river, Israelashvili led out and was called by Brunson and Valeo.

Israelashvili showed A♣K♥5♣5♦ for the nut flush with a six-five low. Bruson revealed Q♣J♣7♠3♠ for a smaller flush and a worse low. Valeo had A♦10♦2♥4♥ for a six-four low. This meant Israelashvili and Valeo would chop up Brunson's chips.

Lamb checked the 8♥J♣9♦ flop to Miller, who fired a continuation-bet. Fuchs then raised, folding out Lamb. Miller called to the 2♥ turn, where he check-called a bet from Fuchs.

The A♠ river went check-check. Miller showed down A♣J♥9♥2♣ for aces and jacks, leaving the A♦9♠8♣3♦ of Fuchs in the dust.

The flop came down 4♦5♦10♣ and Cartwright bet. Rakuss called to see the J♠ hit the turn. Cartwright bet again, and Rakuss called.

The K♥ river caused Cartwright to slow down and check. Rakuss bet and Cartwright quickly called.
Rakuss turned over A♠A♥Q♠6♦ for a rivered Broadway straight, prompting Cartwright to shake his head and muck.
