Hall of Famer Out in Wild Hand
John Juanda didn't even get comfortable in his seat before he was standing along with three others in a wild all-in on the first hand of the day.
As shown on video sent to PokerNews, Charles Gottdiener started it with an all-in under the gun for his measly 10,000 chips. Juanda, in middle position, shoved as well, with 47,000.
Noam Muallem got in on the act with a bounty-chasing covering stack, before Wojciech Frankowski became the last all in with 76,000 chips and the only pair in the group.
Wojciech Frankowski: J♥J♠
Charles Gottdiener: A♥2♠
John Juanda: A♠Q♦
Noam Muallem: 7♥6♣
Muallem began calling for sixes before the flop and his wish was granted. The runout came 6♥6♦10♠3♠Q♥, and Muallem got the triple knockout and Juanda's Hall of Fame bounty.
He grabbed Juanda and posed for a video.
"Thanks for the bounty, and lunch is on me for two days," Muallem said.
