Stephen Dauphinais

2-7 Triple Draw

David Prociak raised under the gun, Stephen Dauphinais three-bet in the cutoff, and Lucas Johnson cold-called in the small blind. Prociak also tossed in a call. He and Johnson each took two cards, but Dauphinais only needed one.

It checked to Dauphinais after the draw, and he bet. Both opponents called to the second draw, where Johnson still took two. Prociak improved to a one-card draw, and Dauphinais stood pat.

Dauphinais bet, Johnson check-folded, but Prociak check-raised. Dauphinais called and tossed one card after Prociak stood pat.

Prociak then bet after the draw, seeing Dauphinais put in a quick call. Johnson tabled 10x8x7x6x5x for a ten-low.

"F*ck yes!" Dauphinais exclaimed as he showed 8x7x4x3x2x to drag the pot. "I broke a nine and got lucky!"
