Kerl Not Going to be Pushed Around

2-7 Triple Draw

Rebecca Kerl raised the cutoff and Danny Tang on the button three-bet. It folded back to Kerl, who made the call.

Kerl drew two, and Tang drew one. Kerl then checked to Tang who bet, and Kerl put in a raise. Tang made the call.

For the second draw, Kerl stood pat, and Tang drew one. Tang called a bet from Kerl.

On the final draw, once again Kerl stood pat, and Tang drew one. This time, Kerl checked to Tang, who rolled his eyes and checked back, saying "You win".

Kerl tabled 98752 and Tang looked shocked by her hand, and tossed his in the muck. As Kerl scooped the pot, she said "I don't like getting pushed around"

Pelz Makes a Seven to Crack 100k

2-7 Triple Draw

Ian Pelz raised first to act and was called by Benjamin Goldstein from directly behind, Brian Tate in the cutoff, and David Tarbet in the big blind for a four-way pot.

Pelz and Goldstein drew two on the first draw while Tate and Tarbet took three off. Tarbet then checked to Pelz, who continued for a bet. Everyone called.

On the second draw, Tarbet and Pelz drew one while Goldstein and Tate drew two. Tarbet led out for a bet and only Pelz called.

Tarbet stood pat on the end and Pelz drew one. Tarbet then check-called a bet from Pelz, who fanned out 7x6x5x4x2x for a seven.

"Nice hand," Tarbet offered before mucking his hand — conceding the large pot to Pelz.

Laxen's Blind Raise Leads to a Massive Pot for Rocco

Zach Laxen put in a blind raise before the cards were dealt from under the gun, and Michael Rocco put in a three-bet from the cutoff once seeing his cards. Richard Bai in the small blind, Laura Born in the big blind, and Laxen under the gun, all made the call.

Bai drew two, Born drew one, Laxen drew two, and Rocco drew one. Bai then checked and Born bet. Laxen and Rocco called, before Bai raised, and Laxen three-bet. Rocco went for a four-bet and the table all called.

On the second draw, Bai drew one, Born stood pat, while Laxen and Rocco both drew one. Bai checked, Born bet, and all three players called the bet.

After the final draw, Bai again checked to Born, who bet once more. Laxen folded, and Rocco put in a raise. Bai folded and Born quickly made the call.

Rocco tabled 75432 for a wheel, as Born tossed #2 76432 in the muck.

Shortly after the hand, Laxen was eliminated.

Brendan Taylor raised from the cutoff and Allen Kessler defended his big blind.

Kessler check-called a bet from Taylor on the 772 flop and then check-raised a bet from Taylor on the A turn. Taylor called.

The Q completed the board and Taylor called a bet from Kessler, who tabled J765 for trip sevens with a low. Taylor sent his hand into the muck and Kessler added to his stack.

"That's a good hand in Omaha Eight, right? It's double suited," Kessler said. "I got the most value possible in that hand."

Lucas Zwingmann-Gocht in the cutoff raised, which was called by Lawrence Brandt on the button, and the "table captain" Robert Rosengarten in the small blind.

On the first draw, Rosengarten drew three, while Zwingmann-Gocht and Brandt drew two. Rosengarten checked, and Zwingmann-Gocht bet. Brandt the put in a raise, which got Rosengarten to fold, and Zwingmann-Gocht called.

For the second draw, Zwingmann-Gocht took two, and Brandt one. Zwingmann-Gocht check-called the bet from Brandt.

On the third draw, Zwingmann-Gocht drew one, and Bradnt stood pat. Both players checked and Brandt tabled 98753 which was good to take the pot and Zwingmann-Gocht mucked.

Yu continued for a bet on fourth street, which shed Brown, but got a call from Sotiropoulos.

Both players checked on fifth street and then Yu went back to betting on sixth. Sotiropoulos thought for awhile, but eventually let his hand go to award Yu the pot.
