Lehr Gives it Up

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

The action was joined as Alexander Zubov, on the button, and Keith Lehr, in the big blind, were heading to the flop in a three-bet pot.

With 25,500 already in the pot, the dealer fanned out a 3Q5 flop, and Lehr continued for 16,000. Zubov made the call, and they headed to a turn.

The dealer added the J to the board, and Lehr opted to bet again, this time for a more substantial 40,000. Again, Zubov made the call.

When the river J paired the board, Lehr chose to slow down, checking the action to Zubov. Zubov followed suit and checked behind.

Lehr flipped over K7 for just king-high, which was unable to beat Zubov's KQ.
