Baker was just hoping to chop the pot but the flop of K♦5♠4♥ made that a lot more unlikely. The 4♣ paired the board on the turn which brought back some potential chop outs but the 3♦ on the river gave Laskowitz a full double up.

The flop came A♦5♠K♦ and Lyons check-called a 275,000 bet from Sabe.

Both players checked the 4♥ turn leading to the 2♦ river. Lyons checked, Sabe bet 675,000 and Lyons called, saying that he could beat a bluff.

Sabe instead showed top pair with A♣J♠ and Lyons mucked his hand.

The K♠ landed on the turn and Skerl checked again. Baker threw in a bet of 575,000 and Skerl check-raised all in for 2,370,000. Baker snapped him off and the cards were face up.
