Sama Rivers a Chop on Alt

Dinesh Alt opened to 500 in early position and was called by Naveen Sama in the cutoff. Blas Torres three-bet to 3,000 in the small blind and both Alt and Sama called.

The flop came A54 and Torres led out with a bet of 2,000. Alt just called, and Sama raised to 7,600. Torres got out of the way, but Alt continued to the 2 on the turn.

Alt checked this time, and Sama checked it back. The 3 on the river put a straight on the board and Alt fired out a bet of 18,000. Sama went into the tank for a couple of minutes before making the call. Alt turned over A5 for two pair that turned into a straight, and Sama had A10 to chop the pot.
