A player asked the dealer to call floor, which he did not, so the players took matters into their own hands. Once he arrived, after around a minute, Frasca's 30-second clock was started. With just a few seconds left, he stuck in the call and tabled A♦Q♦.
Phan didn't move for quite some time, despite being told to table his hand. He asked two players, then the dealer, then Frasca himself if he had called. Everyone responded in the affirmative, and he finally showed A♠K♦ to get a double.
