Dan check-called a bet of 600 on a 2♥5♦8♣ flop, but chose to lead out for 1,400 on the 6♠ turn, which McKevitt called.
The J♣ completed the board, and Dan bet again, this time 6,000. McKevitt flicked in a call, and, after Dan tabled Q♥5♥ for one pair, McKevitt flipped over two pair with 8♥6♥.
