Martin Gerloff
Martin Gerloff

Martin Gerloff was in the small blind and already in a huge 50,000 pot against Jacob Steede who was sitting in late position.

The pair were looking at a 636106 board and Gerloff had bet out 40,000. Steede tanked for over a minute before moving all in for his remaining 84,000. Garloff sat back in his chair to contemplate his decision before opting to give up his hand.

On a table just across there was a similar situation brewing as there was a pot of around 30,000 that had accumulated to get Mark Watson and Glenn Becker to the river.

The pair were looking at the A69109 board and Becker had bet 17,000 on the river and action was on Watson to either call or fold. Watson went into the tank but found a call and tabled his AJ for two pair. It wasn't enough as Becker showed his 66 for the boat.
