Capocetti Gives Up to West
Level 4
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Ronald West opened to 1,000 from early position and his neighbor Yannick Capocetti was the only caller.
The 8♥10♠2♠ flop saw West check and Capocetti bet 1,300. West called and the 7♣ was turned. West made another quick check and Capocetti asked for 4,500. West took a few seconds to decide his option but made the call.
A 6♦ fell on the river and both snap-checked to showdown. West turned over his A♥9♥ for the straight which he made on the river and Capocetti flipped over his pocket jacks holding J♥J♠.
