Seeing a raise to 2,000 and one call ahead of him, Alex Foxen called on the button. JC Tran then three-bet to 10,000 from the big blind, which only Foxen called.
Tran continued with another 7,000 on the 3♣8♣J♣ flop, and Foxen called again. The 10♠ turn didn't slow the action, as Tran barreled with a 15,300 bet. Undeterred, Foxen stuck around.
Tran waved the white flag on the 2♦ river, and Foxen checked back. After Tran tabled A♥Q♥, Foxen tabled the winning hand with his 9♦8♦.
