Neiman Claws from Cochran
Level 11
: Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
After just doubling up, then losing it again in the next hand, David Neiman was playing his third consecutive hand and opened to 5,000 on the button. Shane Cochran called from the big blind and the players went heads-up to the 5♦7♥3♣ flop.
Both checked to see the Q♦ turn, and Cochran check-called a 10,000 bet by Neiman.
A 6♣ river saw Cochran check, and Neiman bet out 27,000. Cochran took some time, but lifted his cards and threw them into the muck, allowing Neiman to rebuild some of his stack.
