One Last Pot to Hammoud
Rami Hammoud A♣9♥ raised to 3,000,000 and then folded when massive chip leader Lucas Jumalon Q♣6♦ reraised to 10,500,000, prompting massive cheers from Jumalon's boisterous rail.
Michael Gagliano K♥J♣ then min-raised to 3,000,000 and took down the blinds.
Jumalon raised to 3,000,000 next for Gagliano to defend the A♥9♣5♥ flop, on which Gagliano check-called for 1,500,000 before then folding on a later street.
Jumalon raised to 3,000,000 next to steal the blinds and continued to increase his overall lead on the unofficial final table bubble.
In a rare hand not involving the run-away chip leader, Hammoud limped into the big blind of Greg Mueller and they headed to the K♦J♦6♥ flop, on which both players checked after they heard the roar of an all-in and call on the other table.
They invested one big blind on the 8♦ turn before checking the 5♥ river. Hammoud had the J♥8♣ for two pair to win the pot.
