Moreno Shows No Fear; Zhou Busts

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Action was picked up on a board reading J9864 with one player all-in, and two more contesting the side pot.

Prior action was recounted for PokerNews by hand winner Andrew Moreno.

Yang Zhou moved all in from middle position for just 45,000. Elijah Berg raised to 125,000 in the cutoff, and Moreno came along for the call from the big blind.

The flop checked through, and Moreno bet out for 160,000, which was called by Berg.

Moreno then checked the river, and Berg bet out for 200,000. Moreno then check-jammed his stack of around 2,600,000, which was similar to the amount Berg had in front of him. Berg quickly got away, leaving the other two to showdown.

Yang Zhou: KQ All in
Andrew Moreno: 108

Moreno had jammed with nothing but third pair, much to the kudos of the table. Yang's high cards were not enough to keep her in the tournament.
