Max Neugebauer Eliminated in 10th Place ($63,893)

Level 29 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Naseem Salem decided to get tricky, limping in a strong combo of AQ in the small blind. Max Neugebauer checked his option holding the Q7.

Salem then checked his top pair on the Q97 flop, not knowing that he was in fact very behind, as Neugebauer bet out for 225,000 with top and bottom pair. Salem opted to fast-play with a raise to 750,000, and Neugebauer put in the call.

The A river spelled disaster for Neugebauer, as it became two pair over two pair, and Salem opted to check yet again. Neugebauer bet 1,300,000, only for Salem to spring yet another check-raise on him, this time a massive one, as he announced "all in." It was too much of an ask for Neugebauer to get away from his hand, despite the whopping 5,600,000 he still had behind, and he put in the call for his tournament life.

The 5 river confirmed the unofficial final table lineup, as Salem scooped the largest pot of the tournament.
